This incident has been resolved. Some nodes may have gaps in their hardware metrics. These missing hardware metrics will not be recovered. Database metrics are unaffected.

Update
We have identified an issue with metrics reporting for a small number of MongoDB Atlas and MongoDB Cloud Manager nodes hosted in GCP. Affected customers may have their metrics data delayed, or may see erroneous cluster down indicators. Additionally, affected customers may receive failures while using the Data Explorer. The effect is intermittent and many customers may not see this at all or may see clusters that once appeared down to be up again. Actual cluster health is unaffected.
