Some Cloud Manager customers may have gotten "Backup Agent Down" alerts

Between 15:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC, some Cloud Manager Backup customers may have gotten "Backup Agent is Down" alerts. These alerts were incorrectly sent – the agents were up, healthy, and the health of backups have not been affected.
