Identified

We have identified an issue with modifying IP Access Lists for Projects that have clusters in Azure. Affected customers will see the "blue bar" for an extended period of time during these modifications. Other modifications (Cluster creation/modification, DB users, etc.) are unaffected and will progress regardless of the IP Access List modification status.
