Atlas Charts: New Charts activation failures

Between 15:00 UTC on 9 May 2023 and 05:55 UTC on 10 May 2023, Atlas Charts users could not activate new Charts projects. There was an incorrect cloud infrastructure configuration applied that led to these failures. The configuration was rolled back and the issue has now been fixed.
