Between 2:12-2:43 UTC, existing clusters were unable to be managed and some metrics points may be missing. Atlas clusters continued operating without issues. MongoDB Realm was unaffected.

Monitoring

We have identified an issue that caused impact only on the Web interface for MongoDB Atlas. Atlas clusters were unaffected. We have implemented a solution and are monitoring to ensure that the solution is effective.

Investigating

We are investigating the outage for the MongoDB Atlas Web UI. There is no impact on Atlas running clusters. We will update this post shortly with further details.
