SMS/Voice 2FA and Alerting not working

Resolved

We have resolved the SMS/Voice limitations with our upstream provider. SMS alerts are now working. We are working the 2FA SMS/Voice alerts in the other status update.

Identified

Due to an issue with our upstream provider, alerts sent out over SMS, as well as 2FA prompts going out over SMS or voice calls, are not working. We are currently in discussions with our upstream provider to correct this as soon as possible.
