MongoDB Charts: Increased number of failures

Between 19:00 UTC on 22 November 2022 and 18:45 UTC on 23 November 2022, Atlas Charts users may have seen an increased number of failures. A new backend infrastructure deployment was incorrectly configured, and the requests that were routed through this infrastructure (up to 25% of requests) returned errors. The issue was resolved by routing requests away from the affected infrastructure before the configuration was fixed.
