MongoDB Charts: Unable to be accessed in some regions

Between approx 03:00 and 08:00 UTC on Wednesday 9 November, customers in some regions were unable to access Atlas Charts. The issue was caused by a file that was incorrectly deployed as a part of an upgrade. While the file was quickly removed, it remained cached by cloud edge servers in certain regions. The problem was resolved by invalidating the cloud cache.
